ACTIVATING ST KILDA – LIVE & LOCAL

St Kilda will come alive on Saturday March 8 and Sunday March 9, 2025, with the Live & Local activation, a vibrant celebration of women in music presented by the Acland Street Village Business Association and Fitzroy Street Business Association.

Immerse yourself in the energy of St Kilda’s iconic live music precinct as local venues host an eclectic lineup of female and non-binary artists and street buskers, bringing the streets and stages of Acland and Fitzroy to life with ROAR sideshows. From grassroots performers to emerging stars, this two-day program celebrates the diversity, creativity, and talent of women in the music industry.

As part of ROAR FEST – Celebrating Women in Music, this activation highlights the essential role of music in St Kilda’s cultural identity while providing valuable performance opportunities for artists within the community.
